Substitution Guidelines:
Due to availability, it might be necessary to create an arrangement using alternatives to flowers (or plant materials) than pictured in an advertisement. We special take care to maintain style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal quality and value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color depending on availability. Please note that some flowers, such as Larkspur and Belladonna, may appear to be wilted even though they are not. These are unique characteristic of the flower.
